Will it work on their phone?
Yes. It's a web page, so it opens on any recent phone, tablet or computer. No app, no download. They tap once to open it, which is also when the song starts, because phones insist.
Can I choose what happens when it opens?
Yes. Tell us when you order: fireworks that write their name in the sky, a surprise party with the lights off, everyone walking in to wave or your own idea. Or leave it to us. Same price either way. See a few on the examples page.
What do you need from me?
A clear photo of each person (face and outfit), where the scene should be and anything funny we should know. The order form walks you through it.
How do I send you the photos?
Upload them straight after you pay: the page you land on has an upload box, and your order reference keeps them with your brief. Rather email them? That works too.
How quickly will I get it?
Within 48 hours of your photos, by email. Need it sooner than that? Email us before you order and we'll tell you straight whether we can make it.
Can it be a surprise?
Yes. We only ever talk to you, never the birthday person. You send them the link when you're ready.
Do you use AI?
Yes, alongside a real person. AI tools help build and animate each card from your brief. A real person works from what you tell us, checks every card before you see it and makes your changes.
Can you put our favourite cartoon character in it?
No. Characters, football badges and chart songs belong to someone else. Everything in your card is made for you, by us.
What happens to our photos?
We use them to draw your cartoons. Uploaded photos are stored privately and deleted automatically 30 days after you upload them. Emailed ones go within 30 days of your card being delivered. The card itself shows cartoons, never your photos. The privacy notice has the detail.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time before we send you your card's link, for a full refund. When you order, you ask us to start straight away and agree that your right to cancel ends once we send it. The terms explain it properly.
How long does the card stay live?
At least 12 months from delivery, so they can open it as often as they like.
Can I order from outside the UK?
Yes. You can pay by card from anywhere, and the card opens anywhere with an internet connection. Handy for birthdays back home.
Do you do other occasions?
Anniversaries, leaving dos, Mother's Day, new babies. If there's a person and a reason, ask us.
